If you have duplicate profiles for organizations or professional contacts, you can merge them. This combines all transactions and communication from the duplicates into the one single merged profile.

Click Contacts > Professionals.

In the list, click one of the duplicate contacts you want to be your “source”.

Next to the contact’s name, click Edit.

In the top left, click Merge.

In the pop-up, select the other duplicate contact you want to be your “destination” and click Next.

Halaxy notes all records that will be merged. To continue, click Merge.
The professional contact profiles are merged into one single profile.

Click Contacts > Organizations.

In the list, click one of the duplicate organizations you want to be your “source”.

Next to the organization's name, click Edit.

In the top right, click Merge.

In the pop-up, select the other duplicate organization you want to be your “destination” and click Next.

Halaxy notes all records that will be merged. To continue, click Merge.
The organization profiles are merged into one single profile.
