Add Vat Reg. TIN to invoices

Halaxy automatically displays the practice location's or individual practitioner's business/tax identification number in every issued invoice. All you need to do is enter the Vat Reg. TIN in the system, and it automatically appears on all your invoices.

Add Vat Reg. TIN for a practice location

When you set an Vat Reg. TIN for a practice location, this Vat Reg. TIN is used by default in invoices for all practitioners at that location. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Personal > Locations.

  2. Under the practice location’s details section, click the Icon-Edit.svg pencil icon.

  3. In the pop-up, for the Vat Reg. TIN field, enter the location's Vat Reg. TIN.

  4. Click Save.

Add Vat Reg. TIN for an individual practitioner

When you choose to set an Vat Reg. TIN for an individual practitioner, this Vat Reg. TIN is used in invoices for that practitioner instead of the practice location’s Vat Reg. TIN. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Personal > Locations.

  2. Under the relevant location, for the relevant practitioner, click the Icon-Plus.svg plus icon to expand their details. Next to Vat Reg. TIN in Use, click the Icon-Edit.svg pencil icon.

  3. In the pop-up, enter the practitioner’s Vat Reg. TIN.

  4. Click Save.
