Set patient detail preference for third-party invoices

With invoices billed to third-party organizations, the patient detail section may get too long, especially if you have multiple patients on merged or collated invoices. You can select the level of detail you want for this section just for a single invoice or as a default when billing a specific organization.

Hide patient details section

Individual invoice
1. Open the invoice. On the top-right, click the cogwheel icon.
2. In the pop-up, for Patient Details, set how you want to display on the invoice.
3. Click Save.
Organization invoices
1. Click Contacts > Organizations and open the organization profile.
2. In the Invoices section, click Edit Preferences.
3. In the pop-up, for Patient Details, set how you want to display on the invoice.
4. Click Save.
